CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin is a two-peptide research blend used in laboratory work on the growth hormone axis. CJC-1295 without DAC is a modified GHRH (1-29) analogue. It binds the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs and is studied for stimulation of growth hormone synthesis and release. Without the Drug Affinity Complex, clearance is faster than the DAC form, so research models can look at a shorter, timed signal rather than a long albumin-bound one. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide that binds the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). In published models it is studied for a selective growth hormone pulse, with less effect on cortisol and prolactin than older secretagogues. Together they are used to examine pulsatile GH release, IGF-1 signaling, and related metabolic readouts in controlled experiments.
