This Peptide Refund Policy applies to all purchases from Pure Elite Peptides. All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. Not for human or animal consumption.

Peptide Refund Policy – General Terms

Under this Peptide Refund Policy, all products are sold on a final sale basis. Due to the nature of research peptides and the need to protect product integrity, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, accidental orders, or customer error. All sales are final except in the limited circumstances described below.

Peptide Refund Policy – Eligibility for Returns

A return or refund under this Peptide Refund Policy may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product fails independent third-party laboratory testing (minimum 98% purity) performed by a reputable, accredited laboratory.
  • The customer provides a verifiable, dated Certificate of Analysis (COA) from the independent lab showing the failure.
  • The product is unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and has not been reconstituted, diluted, or otherwise altered.
  • The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Peptide Refund Policy – Non-Eligible Situations

This Peptide Refund Policy does not cover returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or accidental orders
  • Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or altered
  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery
  • Any product where the customer cannot provide verifiable third-party testing proof of failure

Peptide Refund Policy – How to Request a Return

If you believe your product qualifies under this Peptide Refund Policy, email us at owner@pureelitepeptides.ca with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and lot/batch number
  • Clear photos of the unopened product and packaging
  • A copy of the independent third-party Certificate of Analysis showing the testing failure

We will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

A Certificate of Analysis confirms analytical results for a specific sample only and does not constitute approval for human or animal use. This Peptide Refund Policy is designed to maintain the highest standards of product integrity while remaining fair to customers who receive material that fails independent testing.
