Return Policy

At Pure Elite Peptides, all products are sold strictly for research and laboratory use only. Because our peptides are high-purity research chemicals that are sensitive to handling, storage, and environmental conditions, we maintain a strict return policy to protect product integrity and quality standards.

IMPORTANT: Due to the nature of research peptides, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, accidental orders, or customer error. All sales are final except in the very limited circumstances described below.

1. General Return Policy

All products are sold on a final sale basis. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product fails independent third-party laboratory testing with verifiable proof. This policy protects both the integrity of our supply chain and the high standards of purity we guarantee to all customers.

2. Eligibility for Returns

A return or refund may be considered **only** if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The product fails independent third-party testing (minimum 98% purity) performed by a reputable, accredited laboratory.
  • The customer provides a verifiable, dated Certificate of Analysis (COA) from the independent lab showing the failure.
  • The product is unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and has not been reconstituted, diluted, or otherwise altered.
  • The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product has been stored according to our recommended conditions (refrigerated, protected from light, etc.).

3. What We Will NOT Accept Returns or Refunds For

  • Change of mind, incorrect ordering, or buyer’s remorse
  • Misuse of the product, including improper reconstitution, incorrect storage, or exposure to heat/light/moisture
  • Products that have been opened, partially used, or had the seal broken
  • Any issues resulting from customer handling, shipping delays after delivery, or external contamination
  • Products purchased on sale, promotional pricing, or during clearance events
  • Any product where the customer cannot provide verifiable third-party testing proof of failure
  • Products that fall outside the 14-day window from delivery

4. How to Request a Return

If you believe your product qualifies under the strict eligibility criteria above, email us at owner@pureelitepeptides.ca with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the unopened product and packaging
  • Full independent third-party COA showing the test failure
  • Details of storage and handling since receipt

We will review your request within 48 business hours. Approval is at our sole discretion. Approved returns will be processed as a refund to the original payment method (minus any shipping fees) after we receive and inspect the returned product.

5. Shipping Responsibility

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring the product is properly packaged to prevent damage or leakage during transit. We are not liable for products damaged or lost during return shipping.
