Pure Elite Peptides ships all orders exclusively through Canada Post for reliable domestic and international delivery.
Shipping Methods & Rates
• We use Canada Post regular parcel, Xpresspost, or Priority services depending on destination and package weight.
• Real-time shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method (via Canada Post integration).
• All shipments are sent as laboratory research chemicals.
Processing & Delivery Times
• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Canada: Typical delivery 2–7 business days (varies by province and service chosen).
• International: 7–21 business days (subject to customs processing). Delivery times are estimates only.
Tracking
• All orders include a Canada Post tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.
• You are responsible for monitoring your tracking information.
Important Shipping Notices
• International Customers: You are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or other fees. We are not liable for packages held, delayed, or seized by customs authorities.
• All products are clearly labeled as “For Research Use Only – Not for Human Consumption.”
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen,confiscated or damaged packages after they leave our facility. Claims must be filed directly with Canada Post.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any address or customer if we have reason to believe the order violates applicable laws.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Pure Elite Peptides, all sales are final. Due to the nature of research chemicals, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or any other reason except the very limited case described below.
Limited Exception – Failed Third-Party Testing
The only circumstance under which we will consider a return and refund is if:
1. The product is sent by you to an independent, reputable third-party laboratory for purity and identity testing.
2. The lab provides written proof (official Certificate of Analysis) that the batch fails our advertised purity standards (e.g., significantly below the stated ≥98% purity).
3. You contact us within 14 days of receiving the order with the lab report and original order number.
In such verified cases, we will:
• Refund the cost of the failed product (minus original shipping fees).
• Issue the refund to the original payment method (e-Transfer or crypto) within 10 business days of approval.
Conditions for Refund
• You must ship the entire unopened vial(s) back to us at your expense for verification.
• The product must not have been reconstituted or partially used.
• We reserve the right to send the returned product to our own lab for confirmation.
• Refunds are at our sole discretion and only apply to the specific failed batch.
No Refunds or Returns For
• Any product that passes third-party testing.
• Opened, improperly reconstituted, or partially used vials.
• Shipping delays, customs seizures, or lost packages.
• Change of mind or ordering the wrong item.
• Any products involved in suspected misuse or non-research intent.
How to Request a Return
1. Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and lab report.
2. Wait for approval before shipping anything back.
3. All approved returns must be sent via tracked shipping.
Pure Elite Peptides is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequences resulting from the use, misuse, or handling of our products. All customers assume full responsibility for proper research handling and compliance with Canadian regulations.
